what makes you different makes you beautiful

the recent rant.

sorry i haven’t been able to get onto tumblr for the past like.. forever.

between getting ready for finals, israel, watching the tony’s, and TG banquet prepping, my life’s been pretty hectic.

but i’m finally happy to just kind of get my thoughts out for a minute. this is good. theraputic, releasing, liberating. healthy.

so i’ve been pretty good lately. just kind of overwhelmed with things, and that my grades are slipping due to israel-itis is kind of frustrating. it’s like.. come on. i’ve got 28 days (as of tommorow!) until i’m out of here, and i just want to get out of here already (as i’ve stated in my previous blogs.) that’s such an exciting thought to me right now. i bought my luggage! it’s a large, red duffle bag on wheels.

by the way, for anyone reading this, i will be in israel from july 7th-august 5th. just in case anyone wanted to know!

what else. i know there’s more on my mind. OH! the tony’s. fabulous, to say the least- i liked all of the performances and currently have a new list in my head of musicals/plays/awesome revivals that i now want to go see. that always happens after i watch the tony’s. i just sit in front of my TV going, “WOW! i want to see that now.. and that… oh, and that too!” it’s really great. me and my mom say to each other all the time that if we were rich, we’d go to the theatre every day.

i love my mom.

while i’m on the subject- family. i had breakfast with my grandpa, dad, and sister in manhattan this past sunday morning. my grandpa lives there, and sometimes we go in to meet him for breakfast, and even though it’s something so diminutive and doesn’t weigh of huge importance in the scheme of things, it still makes me really happy whenever i do that. plus that diner has like the best grits in the entire world.

or at least all of the northern part of the U.S. haha.

a few more things on my mind.. but like anyone is really reading this, it just feels good to get it out on paper… or… typing. haha.

people who like to fight with other people are messed up. people who like to WATCH other people fight with other people, i don’t blame them. people fighting with each other (especially when it’s over something stupid) is fun to watch. i laugh at people’s rediculosity. but when people say that they actually enjoy fighting with people? that’s just messed up. i mean if you like debating, that’s different- but fighting for entertainment is just stupid.

umm there’s some other stuff on my mind but it’s a little too public and a little too personal to be out there on the internet, you know? just silly personal things. no biggie. all the big stuff was mentioned above. lol.

anyway, thats all for now.
